This specimen was lot 22406 in Stack's Bowers ANA sale (Anaheim, CA, August 2016), where it sold for $423. The catalog description[1] noted, "GREAT BRITAIN. Groat, ND (1505-09). Henry VII (1485-1509). PCGS EF-40 Secure Holder. S-2258; N-1747. Regular profile issue with triple banded crown. Downward Pheon mintmarks on both sides. Some lightness to strike in the legends but all are discernible and only average wear can be noted on the bust. The entirety of the surface displays a pleasant and even deep gray toning with a few hints of translucent color in the most recessed places."
