This specimen was part of lot 44234 in Stack's Bowers ANA sale (Philadelphia, August 2018), which sold for $1,920. The catalog description[1] noted, "COLOMBIA. Lot of (7) 1/4 Decimos, 1861-1866. Various Mints. EF-45 (2), AU-50, AU-55, MS-62, MS-63, MS-64 (PCGS). 7 pieces in lot. The 1861-Bogota PCGS MS-64, KM-132.1, Restrepo-240.1 is a one year issue, well centered and lustrous with attractive light toning, a desirable example of the type. Group of 4 1862-1866-Bogota PCGS EF-45 to MS-63, Restrepo type 246, all fully detailed, well struck and choice, the 1863 MS-63 sports full luster and golden toning. Group of 2 1863 and 1864 Popayan PCGS AU-55 and EF-45, Restrepo-248.3 and 248.4a, both decently struck and untoned. Overall choice selection of interesting types, worthy of strong bidding by the specialist. From the Eldorado Collection of Colombian Coins."
