This specimen was part of lot 44229 in Stack's Bowers ANA sale (Philadelphia, August 2018), which sold for $192. The catalog description[1] noted, "COLOMBIA. Lot of (3) 1/4 Decimos, 1860, 1861, and 1866. Various Mints. VF Detail--Damage, VF Detail--Damage & Fine Detail--Tooled (PCGS). 3 pieces in lot. 1860 PCGS VF Detail, KM-131, Restrepo 222.1 with unknown 7 pointed star countermark obverse, otherwise fully detailed, 1861 PCGS VF Detail, Restrepo-221.4, boldly struck and toned with attempted piercing on reverse, and 1866 PCGS F Detail, KM-143.2, Restrepo-248.7a, fully detailed with shallow scratches. From the Eldorado Collection of Colombian Coins."
0.65 g, .900 fine silver. KM 143.1 (Bogota) struck 1863-67; KM 143.2 (Popayan) struck 1863-67, 1866-P m. 157,000 but a rare date. debased to .666 fine in 1868.
