This specimen was lot 33059 in Heritage sale 3035 (Long Beach, September 2014), where it sold for $199.75. The catalog description[1] noted, "Papel Moneda 2 Pesos 1907 Specimen, KM-B279 inflationary coinage first produced this year of 1907 in Brussels. This issue circulated alongside 2 Centavos as issued post-war in 1918. Deeply brilliant and prooflike, the obverse is quite choice and the reverse has some tiny specks."
