This specimen was lot 569 in Künker sale 293 (Osnabruck, Germany, July 2017), where it sold for €500 (about US$674 including buyer's fees). The catalog description[1] noted,
"BRAUNSCHWEIG UND LÜNEBURG, BRAUNSCHWEIG-WOLFENBÜTTEL, HERZOGTUM Ludwig Rudolf, 1731-1735, seit 1714 in Blankenburg. Reichstaler 1734, Zellerfeld. Dav-2138; Welter 2463. RR Herrliche Patina, kl. Grünspanfleck, leichte Prägeschwäche, vorzüglich. (duchies of Brunswick-Luneburg and Brunswick Wolfenbuttel, Louis Rudolf, 1731-35, thaler of 1733, Zellerfeld mint. Superb patina, green spot on reverse, slightly weak strike, extremely fine.)"
