This specimen was lot 3648 in Künker sale 264 (Osnabrück, June 2015), where it sold for €14,000 (about US$18,085 including buyer's fees). The catalog description[1] noted,

Von allergrößter Seltenheit. 2. bekanntes Exemplar. Winz. Randfehler, fast Stempelglanz. Exemplar der Slg. Vogel, Teil 2, Auktion Fritz Rudolf Künker 213, Osnabrück 2012, Nr. 4662 und der Auktion Grün 23, Heidelberg 1998, Nr. 1160. (duchy of Brunswick-Wolfenbuttel, Charles William Ferdinand, 1780-1806, five thaler of 1803. Of the highest rarity, two specimens known.
