The catalog description^[1] noted, "Pedro II gold 10000 Reis 1859, KM 467, Russo-649, XF Details - Repaired, Cleaned NGC. The unquestioned king of this long-lived series, that despite a mintage higher than many other dates, has yielded fewer survivors as a result of a limited mint release or heavy exportation and subsequent melting. A far from perfect example that was likely a one-time jewelry piece, but should remain an item of extreme importance to the collector that values the rarity found in key dates."
