This specimen was lot 1193 in Classical Numismatic Group's sale of the Lissner Collection (Chicago, August 2014), where it sold for $1,331. The catalog description[1] noted, "BOLIVIA, Republic. 1825-present. AR 4 Soles. La Paz mint. Dated 1859 PAZ P. In NGC encapsulation graded MS 65. Choice brilliant uncirculated with just a hint of toning overall. Razor sharp strike for type. Scarce one year type. Ex Kagin’s Numsimatic Auctions (16 August 1983), lot 1423."

KM 136; Y20b. 13.5 g, .667 fine silver, this specimen 30 mm, 13.73 g, 6h axis. last four soles from La Paz and very scarce.
