This specimen was lot 4744 in Goldberg sale 72 (Los Angeles, February 2013), where it did not sell. The catalog description[1] noted, "Bolivia. 8 Escudos, 1808-PJ (Potosi). Fr-14; KM-81. Charles IIII. Official uniformed bust to right. Reverse: Crowned Hapsburg arms within chain of the Order of the Golden Fleece. Details softly struck, otherwise much original mint luster. NGC graded AU-58."
