This specimen was lot 3490 in Künker sale 294 (Osnabruck, Germany, July 2017), where it sold for €3,200 (about US$4,313 including buyer's fees). The catalog description[1] noted,

Present of the estates on the birth of the prince Charles Albert, later emperor Charles VII. Rare, slightly bent, extremely fine.)"
