This specimen was lot 1654 in Jean Elsen sale 117 (Brussels, June 2013), where it did not sell. The catalog description[1] noted,
"ALLEMAGNE, BAVIERE, Maximilien Ier (1598-1651), AR Taler, 1624, Munich. Droit: Ecu orné et couronné, entouré du collier de la Toison d'or. Revers: La Madone à l'enfant dans une gloire, sur une nuée. Hahn, 105; Dav-6067. 29,43 g. Fin de plaque. Très Beau à Superbe. (Germany, Bavaria, Maximilian I (1598-1651), silver thaler of 1624, Munich mint. Obverse: crowned ornate shield with Order of the Golden Fleece around; reverse: Madonna and Child in a Glory, seated on a cloud. Slight clip, very fine to extremely fine.)"
