This specimen was lot 5021 in Sincona sale 35 (Zurich, October 2016), where it sold for 27,500 CHF (about US$32,644 including buyer's fees). The catalog description[1] noted,

"Basel | Reichsmünzstätte, Maximilian I. (1493-1508/9) Goldgulden 1505. Reichsapfel in Dreipass. Umschrift "+ o MAXIMILIARVS o ROMA o REX o"; Rv. Madonna mit Christuskind in Strahlen. Unten das Wappen von Eberhard von Königstein. Umschrift "o MONETA . N . BASILI . 1505". 3.28 g. Winterstein (Goldgulden) vgl. 210 (anderer Rv.-Stempel). HMZ 2-50d. Fr.14. Von grösster Seltenheit. Vorzüglich-FDC. Prachtvolle Erhaltung. (city of Basel, imperial mint, Maximilian I, goldgulden of 1505. Obverse: imperial orb in trilobe; reverse: Madonna and Child in sunburst, arms of the mayor below. Of the highest rarity, Extremely fine to uncirculated, Magnificent condition.)"
