This specimen was lot 2738 in Sincona sale 43 (Zurich, October 2017), where it sold for 800 CHF (about US$955 including buyer's fees). The catalog description[1] noted,
"Franz Joseph I. 1848-1916 Gulden 1852 A. Wien Die Blätter des Lorbeerkranzes zeigen auf VS. 12.96 g. Herinek 435. Jaeckel 295. Vorzüglich. Kleiner Randfehler. (empire of Austria, Francis Joseph I, 1848-1916, gulden of 1852, Vienna mint. Extremely fine, Minor edge nick.)"
KM 2228.1, half thaler, 12.992 g, .900 fine silver, mintage unknown, struck Vienna only 1852-56, XF $1,250.
