This specimen was lot 1033 in Jean Elsen sale 121 (Brussels, June 2014), where it sold for €__ (US$__ including buyers' fees). The catalog description[1] noted,
" SAINT EMPIRE, Ferdinand II (1619-1637), AR Taler, 1621, Klagenfurt. Pour la Carinthie. Droit: B. cour. et cuirassé à droite, avec une grande fraise. Revers: Aigle impériale couronnée. Her-455b var; Voglh., 139/II var; Dav-3115 var. 27,72 g. Trace de bélière. Nettoyée. Très Beau. (Holy Roman Empire, Ferdinand II (1619-37), silver thaler of 1621, Klagenfurt mint, for circulation in Carinthia. Obverse: crowned and armored bust to right, with a large ruff; reverse: crowned imperial eagle. Trace of mounting, cleaned, very fine.)"
