This specimen was part of lot 42265 in Stack's Bowers NYINC sale (New York, January 2019), which sold for $660. The catalog description[1] noted, "AUSTRALIA. Two Piece Set, 2002. Perth Mint. BRILLIANT UNCIRCULATED. Fr-B2; KM-691.2 & 692. One Dollar struck in silver and 50 Dollars struck in gold. Struck to commemorate the tribute to liberty. Includes the case of issue and certificate of authenticity serial #0052. The Dollar coin features a colorized flag of the USA and exhibits hard mirrored peripheral fields and bust with frosted inner fields. The 50 Dollar coin features a lavender colored Liberty Bell with hard mirrored obverse bust and reverse peripheral fields, with frosted inner obverse and reverse fields."
