This specimen was lot 31004 in Heritage sale 3037 (New York, January 2015), where it sold for $9,987.50. The catalog description[1] noted, "George V Florin 1913 MS63 PCGS, KM 27. A conditionally rare piece, we have been able to locate no Mint State examples selling at auction in the last decade. This coin has cartwheel luster, and only minor marks that are consistent with the grade. For the quality-conscious collector of Australian coins, this may be the best available example; there have been a total of just 4 coins graded finer by PCGS or NGC. From The Prager Collection Of Australian Coins."
