This specimen was lot 22573 in Stack's Bowers ANA Auction (Denver, CO, August 2017), where it did not sell. The catalog description[1] noted, "INDIA. Rupee, 1907-(c). PCGS MS-63+ Secure Holder. Attractive crescent toning at the 6 o'clock position with soft satin luster." The rupees of Edward VII were struck 1903-10 and most dates are common. Proofs are rare. The Bombay mint contributed another 170,912,000.
