This specimen was lot 4060 in Sincona sale 95 (Zürich, October 2024), where it sold for 450 CHF (about US$624 including buyer's fees). The catalog description[1] noted,

"SCHWEIZ Basel, Stadt und Kanton, 3 Batzen 1724, Basel. Vorzüglich. (Switzerland, canton of Basel, three batzen of 1724, Basel mint, Extremely Fine.)"

A batzen was four kreuzer so three batzen was twelve kreuzer or half a dicken. This type was struck 1724 and 1726. Other three batzen include KM 165 (1764-65) and KM 198 (1809-10).
