Silver ducats were struck in most of the provinces that today make up the Netherlands. The basic type runs 1659-1794. This subtype was struck 1659-75 and 1687 along with lion daalders ([[Westfriesland 1668 daalder Dav-4870|Dav-4870]]), rijksdaalder ([[Westfriesland 1649 rijksdaalder Dav-4842|Dav-4842]]), ducatons (Dav-4941) and three gulden (Dav-4961).
