An attractive and popular type in MINT STATE that exhibits a good strike and smooth surfaces. Lovely medium grey tone throughout with accents of slate patina amongst the devices. A tough type to locate in high grade certain to see spirited bidding." This type was struck 1810-26 and is rather expensive in collectible condition. The other assayer for 1820, ПC (Paul Stupityzn), is noted as rare.
