Lion of St. Mark seated facing, resting paw on gospel / Denomination and date. In PCGS encapsulation 85101306, graded MS 64 RB.&amp;quot; This centesimo piece was struck during an insurrection against Austrian rule in 1848. Without foreign support, the rebellion collapsed. Venice would not be incorporated into a united Italy until 1866.
