This specimen was lot 2779 in Stephen Album sale 50 (Santa Rosa, CA, September 2024), where it sold for $132. The catalog description&amp;lt;sup&amp;gt;[1]&amp;lt;/sup&amp;gt; noted, &amp;quot;DANISH [[India|INDIA]]: TRANQUEBAR: Christian VII, 1766-1808, AE 1 kas, 1768, full date, choice VF, RR, ex Solar Collection. Previously sold in our Auction 20, lot 1836.&amp;quot; The Danish fort at Tranquebar was sold to the British in 1845. During the reign of Christian VI, the lead cash was dropped in favor of a copper coin. As the one and two cash were reduced in weight, the four and ten cash were added to supplement the denominations. This type is listed for 1767-70, 1777 and 1780.&lt;br /&gt;
