This specimen was lot 3446 in Sincona sale 91 (Zurich, May 2024), where it sold for 22,000 CHF (about US$29,071 including buyer's fees). The catalog description<sup>[1]</sup> noted, <blockquote>"''SCHWEIZ Schwyz, Halbtaler 1656, Schwyz. Gekrönter und nimbierter Doppeladler, unten im Schriftkreis die durch das Wappen geteilte Jahreszahl. Rv. Hl. Martin zu Pferd nach rechts reitend, den Mantel mit dem Bettler teilend. Sehr selten in dieser Erhaltung. Fast vorzüglich. Üblicher Stempelbruch im Avers. Exemplar der Auktion UBS 79, Zürich, September 2008, Los 5408. In früheren Katalogen wurde diese Münze meistens als "Doppeldicken" bezeichnet. Alle bekannten Exemplare weisen jedoch ein Gewicht von 13.5 - 14.2 g auf, was klar für das Nominal des Halbtalers spricht.''
