This specimen was lot 186 in Künker sale 400 (Berlin, February 2024), where it sold for €4,800 (about US$6,227 including buyer's fees). The catalog description<sup>[1]</sup> noted, <blockquote>"''POMMERN, HERZOGTUM UNTER SCHWEDEN, Christina, 1637-1654. 1/8 Reichstaler (1/2 Reichsort) 1654, Stettin. Von größter Seltenheit. Attraktives Exemplar mit feiner Tönung, vorzüglich. Exemplar aus der Sammlung Sven Svensson.'' ([[Germany]], [[German States, Pomerania|duchy of Pomerania]], under Swedish rule, Christina, 1637-54, one-eight thaler or half ort of 1654, Stettin mint. extremely rare, attractive example with fine toning, extremely fine.)"</blockquote> Another half ort (KM 142, listed under Pomerania-Stettin) was issued in 1654 for the long delayed burial of duke Bogislaw, who died in 1637. By the Peace of Westphalia, his domain was partitioned between [[Sweden]] and Brandenburg.
