Sehr schön-vorzüglich.'' ([[Germany]], [[German States, Pfalz|electorate of the Palatinate]], Charles Theodore, 1743-99, half convention thaler of 1791, Mannheim mint. Very fine to extremely fine.)&amp;quot;&amp;lt;/blockquote&amp;gt; This type was struck 1784-88 and 1791-93 and is common for a half thaler of this state. Karl Theodor inherited the electorate of Bavaria on the death of its incumbent in 1777, thus uniting all the branches of the Wittelsbach family. Lacking legitimate heirs, his realm passed to a cousin, Maximilian I Joseph, duke of Zweibrücken.&lt;br /&gt;
