This specimen was lot 30978 in Heritage sale 3081 (New York, January 2020), where it sold for $900. The catalog description&amp;lt;sup&amp;gt;[1]&amp;lt;/sup&amp;gt; noted, &amp;quot;[[Italy]]: [[Vatican|Papal States]]. Paul V Testone Anno VI (1610) MS64 NGC, Rome mint. A stunning near gem from a period of papal coinage where few issues survive in uncirculated condition at all--the present piece standing a full head and shoulders above the usually VF or worse examples so frequently seen of the type.&amp;quot; Berman notes this type for years IV, VI and VII. It is along the commoner of the eighteen different testone listed for Paul V.&lt;br /&gt;
