This specimen was lot 252 in Schulman auction 385 (Amsterdam, July 2025), where it did not sell. The catalog description<sup>[1]</sup> noted, <blockquote>"''OVERIJSSEL Provincie 1581 - 1795. Dukaat, 1613, Gold Type Ia. Staande ridder met Spaanse helm, zwaard en vier pijlen in bundel tussen jaartal. Tekst tussen de voeten en met binnencirkel. Kz. vierkant met MO: ORDI / PROVIN / FOEDER / BELG. AD / LEG. IMP. Gladde rand. Enigszins onregelmatig Plaatje. Zeer fraai +.'' (province of Overijssel, 1581-1795, gold ducat of 1613, type Ia. Obverse: standing knight with Spanish helmet, sword, and four arrows in a bundle dividing the date, with inner circle and lettering between the feet; reverse: tablet with inscription; plain edge. Slightly irregular planchet, choice very fine.)"</blockquote> Ducats were struck in all of the provinces that today make up the Netherlands.
