New coin types were therefore necessary and were introduced in 1950. This bronze five cents was struck without change until 1980. No dates are rare. This specimen was lot 3565 in Sincona sale 26 (Zurich, October 2015), where it sold for 1,100 CHF (about US$1,359 including buyer's fees).
