This specimen was lot 3115 in Steve Album Auction 52 (Santa Rosa, CA, May 2025), where it sold for $156. The catalog description<sup>[1]</sup> noted, "[[Morocco|MOROCCO]]: al-Hassan II, 1961-1999, AR 200 dirhams, 1994/AH1414, The General Agreement on Tariffs and Trade (GATT), a magnificent mint state example! PCGS graded MS69, ex Dr. Wolfgang Schuster Collection. General Agreement on Tariffs and Trade (GATT) was a legal agreement between many countries, whose overall purpose was to promote international trade by reducing or eliminating trade barriers such as tariffs or quotas. GATT was signed by 23 nations in Geneva on October 30, 1947 and took effect on January 1, 1948. It remained in effect until the signature by 123 nations in Marrakesh on April 14, 1994 of the Uruguay Round Agreements, which established the World Trade Organization (WTO) on January 1, 1995." In additions to the silver NCLT shown here, the dies were used to make an unknown number in gold (KM 100a).
