This specimen was lot 464 in Morton & Eden sale 104 (London, November 2019), where it sold for £220 (about US$341 including buyer's fees). The catalog description[1] noted, "Republic, Facing Eagle Coinage, 8 reales, Guanajuato mint, 1825 JJ, normal mintmark, large J's, good very fine, on a broad and slightly misshapen flan." This date also comes with mintmark G (rare) and a few struck with the "hook neck" eagle ([[Mexico 1825-Go JJ 8 reales KM-A376.1|KM-A376.1]]).
