This specimen was lot 75345 in Stack's Bowers Collectors Choice sale (Costa Mesa, CA, November 2022), where it sold for $120. The catalog description<sup>[1]</sup> noted, "[[Japan|JAPAN]]. 10 Sen, Year 44 (1911). Osaka Mint. Mutsuhito (Meiji). NGC MS-65. A worthy example of this mostly circulated type. With engaging original mint brilliance." This type, roughly equal to a dime, was struck 1907-12. The preceding type was 2.69 g, .800 fine silver. The last silver ten sen was struck in 1917.
