This specimen was lot 1410 in Künker Auction 425 (Osnabrück, July 2025), where it sold for €3,000 (about US$4,248 including buyers' fees). The catalog description<sup>[1]</sup> noted, <blockquote>"''HABSBURGISCHE ERBLANDE-ÖSTERREICH · RÖMISCH-DEUTSCHES REICH, Maria Theresia, 1740-1780. Dukat 1780 IB-IV, Nagybánya. GOLD. RR Min. berieben, fast vorzüglich.'' ([[Austria|Holy Roman Empire]], Maria Theresia, 1740-80, ducat of 1780, Nagybánya mint. Very rare, lightly polished, about extremely fine.)"</blockquote> This type was struck 1766-71 and 1774-80 at Nagybánya using a Madonna reverse. Thus this coin is filed under [[Hungary]] even tho it was made in [[Transylvania]].
