This specimen was lot 2711 in Steve Album Auction 54 (Santa Rosa, CA, January 2026), where it sold for $168. The catalog description<sup>[1]</sup> noted, "[[Great Britain|GREAT BRITAIN]]: Victoria, 1837-1901, AE farthing, 1859, a wonderful example, PCGS graded MS64 RB." This farthing was struck 1838-60 and most dates are readily available in circulated condition. The denomination was converted to bronze in 1860 and the "bun head" bust introduced.
