This specimen was lot 30013 in Stack's Bowers ANA sale (Chicago, August 2022), where it sold for $40,800. The catalog description<sup>[1]</sup> noted, "[[Czechoslovakia|CZECHOSLOVAKIA]]. 10 Ducats, 1936. Kremnica Mint. NGC MS-66. A splendid example that portrays all the beauty one expects from a Gem specimen. The surfaces escape much in the way of marking, with most of the luster intact and providing a semi-reflective nature. A handsome example with a condition to match the TREMENDOUS RARITY of the date. No shortage of willing bidders should step forward with paddles aloft, seeking to become the proud new owner of this example. From the Augustana Collection." This type was struck 1929-38 and 1951 along with a [[Czechoslovakia 1935 dukat|dukat]], [[Czechoslovakia 1933 2 dukaty|2 dukaty]] and [[Czechoslovakia 1935 5 dukatu|5 dukatu]]. This type is rarely seen circulated, suggesting the hoarding of what few examples escaped government vaults. The obverse portrait is of "good" king Wenceslas, he of the well-known Christmas carol.
