The catalog description<sup>[1]</sup> noted, <blockquote>"''BRAUNSCHWEIG UND LÜNEBURG, BRAUNSCHWEIG-WOLFENBÜTTEL, Ludwig Rudolf, 1731-1735, seit 1714 in Blankenburg. Dukat 1733, Braunschweig. In US-Plastikholder der PCGS mit der Bewertung AU 55 (45510197). GOLD. R Sehr schön-vorzüglich.'' ([[Germany]], [[German States, Brunswick-Wolfenbuttelduchy of Brunswick-Wolfenbuttel]], Louis Rudolf, 1733-35 (since 1714 in Blankenburg), ducat of 1733, Brunswick mint. Graded PCGS AU-55, rare, very fine to extremely fine.)"</blockquote> The duke issued nine different ducats in 1733, all scarce: KM 823, KM 828, KM 839, KM 840, KM 841, KM 842, KM 843, KM 844 (shown here) and KM 845.
