This specimen was lot 1111 in Jean Elsen sale 123 (Brussels, December 2014), where it sold for €11,000 (about US$15,986 including buyer's fees). The catalog description[1] noted, <blockquote>"''ALLEMAGNE, BRANDEBOURG-PRUSSE, Johann Sigismund (1608-1619), AV ducat, 1614, Cöln. Au titre de Jülich-Kleve-Berg. Droit: IOH· SIGISM· D· G· MA- BR·- SAC· R· I· ARCHIC· E·- E Le margrave de Brandebourg debout à droite, en cuirasse, tenant un sceptre sur l'épaule et coiffé du bonnet d'électeur. Revers: * I· PRVSS· IVLI-AE CLIVI-AE MO-NT· D L'aigle prussien éployé avec l'écu au sceptre sur la poitrine, entouré des écus de Prusse, Juliers, Clèves et Berg. De la plus haute rareté.''
