This specimen was lot 716 in Jean Elsen sale 162 (Brussels, June 2025), where it sold for €280 (about US$388 including buyer's fees). The catalog description[1] noted, <blockquote>"BOUILLON ET SEDAN, Guillaume Robert de la Marck (1574-1588), Cu double tournois, 1587, Sedan. D/ B. cuir. à d. R/ Écu couronné. Rare. (county of Bouillon and Sedan, William Robert of the Mark, 1574-88, copper double tournois of 1587, Sedan mint. Obverse: armored bust right; reverse: crowned arms. Rare, Very Fine.)"</blockquote> This type, struck in imitation of a French double tournois, is known only with the date 1587. Enough varieties exist that it may have been struck for some time after with a frozen date. The ducal line, suffragan to the prince-bishop of Liege, fell extinct in 1671 and the province was annexed to France in 1678. Today, Bouillon is in Belgium and Sedan is in France.
