The catalog description<sup>[1]</sup> noted, <blockquote>"''BRABANT, Duché, Joseph II (1780-1790), AR quart de couronne, 1790 A, Vienne. Type brabançon. D/ T. laurée à d. R/ Croix de Bourgogne entre trois couronnes, ornée du bijou de la Toison d'or. Légères traces d'ajustage. Belle patine. Superbe à Fleur de Coin.'' ([[Austria, Austria-Netherlands|duchy of Brabant]], Joseph II, 1780-90, silver quarter kronenthaler of 1790, Vienna mint, Brabazon type. Extremely Fine - Uncirculated.)"</blockquote> This denomination was struck at Vienna and Kremnitz 1788-90 and has a low catalog value (this example realized over nine times the catalog value). Quarter kronenthalers were also struck for Leopold II of [[Austria]] (Joseph's brother and successor) in 1790 ([[Austria 1791-A 1/4 kronenthaler|KM 40]]).<br />
