The second specimen was part of lot 22105 in Heritage sale 3010 (Boston, August 2010), which sold for $253. The catalog description<sup>[1]</sup> noted, "Quartet of Uncirculated Commemorative Florins: (2) 1927 Parliament; 1951 Jubilee; and 1954 Royal Visit, all nice UNC." [[Australia]] maintained the sterling silver standard until 1945, years after [[Great Britain]] had debased her coins to .500 fine. This issue, honoring the jubilee of confederation, was extensively saved and is today much more available than the regular issue ([[Australia 1951 florin KM-48|KM 48]]). George VI died the next year.
